To drive business growth, a UK based Recruitment agency needed an end-to-end hiring software to efficiently manage the hiring process while improving efficiency and productivity. The solution was required to automate the repetitive tasks related to hiring, tracking, scheduling, and invoicing for both recruitment firm and customers. A customer facing access was required to interact with the system and as well with the agency’s staff in the most efficient manner. And a module for the agency’s team to perform and monitor all activities. The idea was to develop a feature-rich system to achieve operations efficiency with minimal human interventions.

Yoda LIMS system is a significant factor in receiving live monitoring of varies Department in TSPCB Headquarter and Zonal Laboratories. The key was the inherent traceability of the Yoda LIMS system, which maintaining a complete Chain of Custody of samples, right from the samples registration to their final disposal, ensuring complete sample traceability at all times.

This tool operates from the very beginning that is Enquiry management where processing of customer inquiries happens, and quotations are generated. All those inquiries which are accepted and closed generate a project in project management module. Project manager can execute all the related tasks such as request for team, define work breakdown structure, vendor management, timesheets etc. The tool also has Finance, HR and IT (IT infrastructure management) modules.

UPGRADING WATER METER DATA ANALYSIS TOOL : PHASE - I

JCI had commissioned our company (Subsidiary) a project to completely reconstruct the Water Meter Data Analysis Tool (coming under Solutions Harvesting & Reuse). We planned the work into two phases, phase -I was more of a techno-functional consulting assignment to analyze existing system and document the specifications and expectations from upgraded version. A team of senior functional experts worked on this assignment along with core team of JCI – Milwaukee. The techno-functional document prepared by our company became the major building block for the JCI’s water meter upgrade program.
UPGRADING WATER METER DATA ANALYSIS TOOL : PHASE - II

Our company (Subsidiary) executed the water meter data analysis tool upgrade project. The initial analysis conducted by our company was accepted by JCI and we had been given the task of developing new version as per the recommendations and specifications. A team of software developers which included MS .NET, Adobe AIR (action scripting) and MS – SQL server specialists worked on this project. The software functionality covered acquisition of water meter billing data, scrubbing, and cleaning the data to store in MS-SQL database.
